Pittman Signs is a family owned business that was started by Frank Pittman in 1940.  Frank was a true artist who did all his signs and lettering by hand. In 1970,
Frank was joined by his son George. 

In 1986, George and Frank purchased their first computer and plotter for cutting vinyl lettering and graphics, knowing that George would need this for the future of the company once Frank retired. George's son Chase would go to the shop with him when he was just a small boy, learning the trade. Frank passed away in 1997. Chase was helping his dad after school and every minute he could. 

George's wife, Denise, left her position as Office

Manager for a local textile company in 1997,

after 27 years, and joined the team. The business
became incorporated and named Pittman Signs

and Design, Inc. Chase joined his dad full time after

graduating from college in 2005 with a degree in

Business. Since that time, the business has grown

tremendously, with the purchase of state of the

art equipment, and increasing the number of

employees and continues to grow today.
